For the purpose of application of Article 4(1)(18)(c) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, competent authorities should notify the EBA without undue delay of an activity that can be deemed similar to those referred under point (a) and (b), identifying the relevant undertaking performing the activity and explaining why its activity should be seen as similar also in accordance with these guidelines.
