Article 27 1

1.   Resolution authorities shall take resolution actions referred to in Article 21 by applying any of the following resolution tools individually or in any combination:

(a)

the position and loss allocation tools;

(b)

the write-down and conversion tool;

(c)

the sale of business tool;

(d)

the bridge CCP tool.
