Article 3 Actual reporting population

1.   The actual reporting population shall consist of resident credit institutions and resident foreign branches of credit institutions, regardless of whether or not they are institutions supervised under Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (10).

2.   Reporting agents shall report credit data on an individual basis in accordance with Articles 4 and 6.

3.   Reporting agents shall report to the relevant NCB.
