Article 14 16.
Notwithstanding paragraph 14, a competent authority concerned may decide that more time is needed in order to receive further information or documentation from the notifier. In such cases, that competent authority shall, within seven working days of the date on which the notifier has been informed in accordance with Article 8(12) that the notification has been properly completed, inform the notifier and the other competent authorities concerned. The total time needed to take one of the decisions as referred to in Article 9(1) shall not exceed 30 days from the date on which the notifier has been informed in accordance with Article 8(12) that the notification has been properly completed.
