Άρθρο 43 Παροχή πληροφοριών στις ΜΧΠ
Τα κράτη μέλη διασφαλίζουν ότι οι εποπτικοί φορείς κοινοποιούν στη ΜΧΠ τουλάχιστον τις ακόλουθες πληροφορίες:

the list of establishments operating in the respective Member State and the list of infrastructure under their supervision pursuant to Article 38(1), and of any changes to those lists;

any relevant findings indicating serious weaknesses of the reporting systems of obliged entities;

Article 43 (c)
|
the results of the risk assessments performed pursuant to Article 40, in aggregated form.
