Article 43 Provision of information to FIUs

Member States shall ensure that supervisors communicate to the FIU at least the following information:

1. Panoramica

Article 43 (a)	the list of establishments operating in the respective Member State and the list of infrastructure under their supervision pursuant to Article 38(1), and of any changes to those lists;
Article 43 (b)	any relevant findings indicating serious weaknesses of the reporting systems of obliged entities;
Article 43 (c)	the results of the risk assessments performed pursuant to Article 40, in aggregated form.
