CHAPTER VI Sanctions and monitoring

1. Overview

Article 28 Administrative sanctions and measures	-
Article 29 Specific provisions	Member States shall ensure that their administrative sanctions and measures include at least those laid down in Article 59(2) and (3) of Directive (EU) 2015/849 in the event of the following breaches of this Regulation:
Article 30 Publication of sanctions and measures	Article 30 Publication of sanctions and measures In accordance with Article 60(1), (2) and (3) of Directive (EU) 2015/849, the competent authorities shall publish administrative sanctions and measures imposed in the cases referred to in Articles 28 and 29 of this Regulation without undue delay, including information on the type and nature of the breach and the identity of the persons responsible for it, if necessary and proportionate after a case-by-case evaluation.
