(x) Amendments to Guideline 15: Sectoral Guideline for investment firms

Guideline 15.1 is replaced by the following:

19 ‘15.1. Investment firms as defined in Article 4(1) (1) of Directive 2014/65/EU should consider when providing or executing investment services or activities as defined in Article 4(1)(2) of Directive (EU) 2014/65 the following risk factors and measures alongside those set out in Title I of these Guidelines. Sectoral Guideline 12 and Guideline 21 may also be relevant in this con-text.’
