These guidelines do not apply to issuers of ARTs or CASPs that are authorised as credit institutions under Directive 2013/36/EU. Moreover, CASPs that are financial entities listed in Article 60, providing crypto-asset services as part of their authorisation in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (6) of Article 60 of MiCA are not subject to Articles 63 and 84 but remain subject to the provisions of Article 68(2).
