Competent authorities should include available historical data on legal persons for the last two years calculated from [30 January 2026] in the ESAs Information System by 30 April 2026. In the absence of an LEI for legal persons, other registration numbers (e.g. from a central register, commercial register, companies register or similar public register) and in addition the country of incorporation should be inputted into the ESAs Information System.
