Article 22 1.The approval authority receiving the application shall grant EU type-approval to all engine types or engine families complying with each of the following:
(a)
the particulars in the information folder;
(b)
the requirements of this Regulation, and in particular the conformity of production arrangements referred to in Article 26. 1. Overview
