Article 14 14.

By way of derogation from Articles 9, 10 and 12, the consent given in accordance with Article 9(1), the conditions imposed in accordance with Article 10 or the objections raised in accordance with Article 12 by all the competent authorities concerned with respect of a notification for a shipment destined for a pre-consented facility shall be subject to a time limit of seven working days after the date on which the notifier has been informed in accordance with Article 8(12) that the notification has been properly completed.
