Article 27 5.

At the latest by 21 May 2025, the Commission shall adopt implementing acts to establish:

(a) 

the requirements necessary for the interoperability between the central system referred to in paragraph 3 and other systems or software referred to in paragraph 4, including a protocol for data exchange and a data model for the exchange of data referred to in Annexes IA, IB and VII, as well as the certificate referred to in Article 15;

(b) 

any other technical and organisational requirements, including on security aspects, data governance and data confidentiality, which are necessary for the practical implementation of the electronic submission and exchange of information and documents referred to in paragraph 1, taking into account Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 10 ).

Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 81(2).
