The home and the host DGS may bilaterally agree that, on a case-by-case basis and no earlier than three months from the notification of unavailability of deposits, they will review the functioning and scope of the practical arrangements and infrastructure needed for proportionate, continued operationalisation of payouts by the host DGS in accordance with this section 5.1, making the necessary adjustments to it.
