Article 104 Publication formalities

Article 104 1.	A merger shall be publicised in the manner prescribed by the laws of each Member State, in accordance with Article 16, in respect of each of the merging companies.
Article 104 2.	The acquiring company may itself carry out the publication formalities relating to the company or companies being acquired.
