Article 23 6.By 5 January 2020, the ENTSO for Electricity shall submit to ACER a draft methodology for calculating:
(a)
the value of lost load;
(b)
the cost of new entry for generation, or demand response; and
(c)
the reliability standard referred to in Article 25. The methodology shall be based on transparent, objective and verifiable criteria. 1. Overzicht
