Article 13 3.

The compensation referred to in paragraph 2 may only cover sinks accounted for as emissions against the forest reference level of that Member State and shall, for the period from 2021 to 2025, not exceed 50 % of the maximum amount of compensation for the Member State concerned set out in Annex VII.
