Article 14 10.

A pre-consent of a recovery facility may be revoked at any time by the competent authority, if information becomes available which shows that the information provided in accordance with paragraph 2 is false or that the conditions in paragraph 6 are no longer fulfilled. A decision to revoke a pre-consent shall be duly reasoned and communicated to the facility concerned.
