Article 14 12.
In the case of a general notification submitted in accordance with Article 13 relating to shipments destined to a pre-consented facility, the period of validity of the consent referred to in Article 9(4) shall be extended to three years. By way of derogation from the first subparagraph, the competent authorities concerned may decide, in duly justified cases, to extend the period of validity for a period shorter than 3 years.
