• (a) of MiCA on the reputation of the proposed acquirer, competent authorities should refer for their assessment to the information set out in the Commission Delegated Regulations adopted pursuant to Articles 42(4) of MiCA in the case of an issuer of ARTs and to Article 84(4) of that Regulation in the case of CASPs and should apply the methodology set out in Title II, Chapter 3, Section 10 of the Joint ESAs Guidelines on QH, on Reputation of the proposed acquirer – first assessment criterion, as applicable.
