Where a nomination committee is not established, the management body in its supervisory function should have the responsibilities set out in the first subparagraph of point

• (a) and points (b) to (d) of Article 88(2) of Directive 2013/36/EU, and the appropriate resources to this end. Where a nomination committee is not established, the assessment referred to under points (b) and (c) of Article 88(2) of that Directive should be performed at least every two years.
