1.  Komisijai palīdz komiteja, kas izveidota saskaņā ar Padomes Direktīvas 67/548/EEK ( 2 ) 29. panta 1. punktu, turpmāk “Komiteja”.

2.  Ja ir atsauce uz šo punktu, piemēro Lēmuma 1999/468/EK 5. un 7. pantu, ņemot vērā tā 8. pantu.

Lēmuma 1999/468/EK 5. panta 6. punktā paredzētais termiņš ir trīs mēneši.

Article 7 1.
The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee established by Article 29(1) of Council Directive 67/548/EEC ( 2 ), hereinafter ‘the Committee’.
Article 7 2.
Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.

The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.
