Artykuł 7

1.  Komisja jest wspierana przez komitet powołany na mocy art. 29 ust. 1 dyrektywy Rady 67/548/EWG ( 2 ), zwany dalej „komitetem”.

2.  W przypadku odesłania do niniejszego ustępu stosuje się art. 5 i 7 decyzji 1999/468/WE, z uwzględnieniem jej art. 8.

Termin określony w art. 5 ust. 6 decyzji 1999/468/WE wynosi trzy miesiące.

Article 7 1.
The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee established by Article 29(1) of Council Directive 67/548/EEC ( 2 ), hereinafter ‘the Committee’.
Article 7 2.
Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.

The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.
