Article 42 5.

In the event of any change to the information provided to the Commission under paragraph 3, the countries included in the list referred to in Article 41 shall provide an update of the information specified in the form set out in Annex VIII, together with relevant supporting evidence without delay. The countries included in the list referred to in Article 41 shall in any case, on the fifth year after their initial inclusion, provide to the Commission an update of the information specified in the form set out in Annex VIII, together with relevant supporting evidence.
