In the specific case where the competent authority in the home Member State has taken the decision to withdraw the authorisation of a credit servicer to provide credit service activities or to receive and hold funds from borrowers, the competent authority from the home Member State should update the information set out in paragraph 9.i and, where applicable, paragraph 9.j of these Guidelines no later than by the end of the following two working days.
