Articolo 5

Nel contratto di gruppo devono figurare almeno:

a) la denominazione del gruppo preceduta o seguita dall'espressione « gruppo europeo di interesse economico » o dalla sigla « GEIE », a meno che tale espressione o sigla figuri già nella denominazione;

b) le sede del gruppo;

c) l'oggetto del gruppo;

d) i nomi, la ragione o la denominazione sociale, la forma giuridica, il domicilio o la sede sociale e, eventualmente, il numero ed il luogo di iscrizione di ciascun membro del gruppo;

e) la durata del gruppo, se quest'ultimo non è costituito a tempo indeterminato.

Article 5 (b)

the official address of the grouping;
Article 5 (c)

the objects for which the grouping is formed;
Article 5 (d)

the name, business name, legal form, permanent address or registered office, and the number and place of registration, if any, of each member of the grouping;
Article 5 (e)

the duration of the grouping, except where this is indefinite.
