Artículo 8

Deberán publicarse , en las condiciones previstas en el artículo 39 , en el boletín a que hace referencia el apartado 1 de este artículo :

a ) las indicaciones que deben figurar obligatoriamente en el contrato de agrupación en virtud del artículo 5 , así como sus modificaciones ;

b ) el número , la fecha y el lugar de registro , así como la cancelación del registro ;

c ) los actos e indicaciones a que se refieren las letras b ) a j ) del artículo 7 .

Las indicaciones previstas en las letras a ) y b ) se publicarán íntegramente . Los actos e indicaciones de la letra c ) podrán publicarse bien íntegramente , bien en forma de extracto o de mención de su inscripción en el registro , según la legislación nacional aplicable .

the particulars which must be included in the contract for the formation of a grouping, pursuant to Article 5, and any amendments thereto;
Article 8 (b)

the number, date and place of registration as well as notice of the termination of that registration;
Article 8 (c)

the documents and particulars referred to in Article 7 (b) to (j).

The particulars referred to in (a) and (b) must be published in full. The documents and particulars referred to in (c) may be published either in full or in extract form or by means of a reference to their filing at the registry, in accordance with the national legislation applicable.
