Vastavalt artiklis 39 sätestatule tuleb selle artikli lõikes 1 tähendatud väljaandes avaldada järgmised andmed:

a) andmed, mis peavad artikli 5 kohaselt sisalduma asutamislepingus ning kõik nende muudatused;

b) registrinumber, registreerimiskuupäev ja -koht, samuti teade registrist kustutamise kohta;

c) artikli 7 punktides b–j loetletud dokumendid ja andmed.

Punktides a ja b loetletud andmed tuleb avaldada tervikuna. Punktis c viidatud dokumendid ja andmed võib avaldada tervikuna või väljavõttena või viitena nende registris paiknemise kohta kooskõlas kohaldatavate siseriiklike seadustega.

the particulars which must be included in the contract for the formation of a grouping, pursuant to Article 5, and any amendments thereto;
Article 8 (b)

the number, date and place of registration as well as notice of the termination of that registration;
Article 8 (c)

the documents and particulars referred to in Article 7 (b) to (j).

The particulars referred to in (a) and (b) must be published in full. The documents and particulars referred to in (c) may be published either in full or in extract form or by means of a reference to their filing at the registry, in accordance with the national legislation applicable.
