Artikel 8

Följande skall offentliggöras enligt artikel 39 i den tidning som där anges i punkt 1:

a) De obligatoriska uppgifter som enligt artikel 5 skall anges i avtalet om att bilda en gruppering och ändring i dessa uppgifter.

b) Registreringsnummer, datum och ort för registreringen samt uppgift om att denna har upphört.

c) I artikel 7 b-j avsedda handlingar och uppgifter.

De i a och b angivna uppgifterna skall offentliggöras i sin helhet. I c angivna handlingar och uppgifter skall offentliggöras antingen i sin helhet eller i form av ett utdrag eller ett meddelande om att de har givits in till registret enligt tillämplig nationell lagstiftning.

the particulars which must be included in the contract for the formation of a grouping, pursuant to Article 5, and any amendments thereto;
Article 8 (b)

the number, date and place of registration as well as notice of the termination of that registration;
Article 8 (c)

the documents and particulars referred to in Article 7 (b) to (j).

The particulars referred to in (a) and (b) must be published in full. The documents and particulars referred to in (c) may be published either in full or in extract form or by means of a reference to their filing at the registry, in accordance with the national legislation applicable.
