Jak ustanowiono w art. 39, w biuletynie określonym w ust. 1 tego artykułu muszą zostać opublikowane następujące informacje:

a) dane, które muszą zostać włączone, umowy o utworzeniu ugrupowania, na podstawie art. 5, oraz wszelkie zmiany tych danych;

b) numer, data i miejsce rejestracji oraz wzmianka o upływie terminu ważności rejestracji;

c) dokumenty i dane określone w art. 7 lit. b)-j).

Dane określone w lit. a) i b) muszą być opublikowane w całości. Dokumenty oraz dane określone w lit. c) mogą zostać opublikowane w całości albo w formie skróconej lub też jako odniesienie do ich wpisu do rejestru, zgodnie z mającym zastosowanie ustawodawstwem krajowym.

the particulars which must be included in the contract for the formation of a grouping, pursuant to Article 5, and any amendments thereto;
Article 8 (b)

the number, date and place of registration as well as notice of the termination of that registration;
Article 8 (c)

the documents and particulars referred to in Article 7 (b) to (j).

The particulars referred to in (a) and (b) must be published in full. The documents and particulars referred to in (c) may be published either in full or in extract form or by means of a reference to their filing at the registry, in accordance with the national legislation applicable.
