Člen 8

Kakor določa člen 39, mora biti v uradnem glasilu iz odstavka 1 navedenega člena objavljeno naslednje:

(a) podatki, ki morajo biti vključeni v pogodbo za ustanovitev združenja v skladu s členom 5, in vse spremembe pogodbe;

(b) številka, dan in kraj registracije, kakor tudi obvestilo o izbrisu registracije;

(c) dokumenti in podatki iz člena 7(b) do (j).

Podatki iz (a) in (b) morajo biti objavljeni v celoti. Dokumenti in podatki iz (c) se lahko objavijo v celoti ali v obliki izvlečka ali s sklicem na njihovo vložitev v registru, v skladu z nacionalno zakonodajo, ki se uporablja.

the particulars which must be included in the contract for the formation of a grouping, pursuant to Article 5, and any amendments thereto;
Article 8 (b)

the number, date and place of registration as well as notice of the termination of that registration;
Article 8 (c)

the documents and particulars referred to in Article 7 (b) to (j).

The particulars referred to in (a) and (b) must be published in full. The documents and particulars referred to in (c) may be published either in full or in extract form or by means of a reference to their filing at the registry, in accordance with the national legislation applicable.
