Oficiālajā valdības izdevumā, kas norādīts minētā panta 1. punktā, jāpublicē šādi dati, kā paredzēts 39. pantā:

a) dati, kam saskaņā ar 5. pantu jābūt iekļautiem grupas dibināšanas līgumā, un visi to grozījumi;

b) reģistrācijas numurs, datums un vieta, kā arī ziņas par to, ka reģistrācija anulēta;

c) dokumenti un dati, kas minēti 7. panta b) līdz j) apakšpunktā.

Dati, kas minēti a) un b) apakšpunktā, jāpublicē pilnībā. Dokumentus un datus, kas minēti c) apakšpunktā, saskaņā ar piemērojamajiem valsts normatīvajiem aktiem var publicēt pilnībā vai izvilkumos, atsaucoties uz to reģistra numuru.

the particulars which must be included in the contract for the formation of a grouping, pursuant to Article 5, and any amendments thereto;
Article 8 (b)

the number, date and place of registration as well as notice of the termination of that registration;
Article 8 (c)

the documents and particulars referred to in Article 7 (b) to (j).

The particulars referred to in (a) and (b) must be published in full. The documents and particulars referred to in (c) may be published either in full or in extract form or by means of a reference to their filing at the registry, in accordance with the national legislation applicable.
