25 straipsnis

Laiškuose, užsakymo formose ir panašiuose dokumentuose turi būti aiškiai nurodyta:

a) grupės pavadinimas, prieš kurį arba po kurio turi būti žodžiai "Europos ekonominių interesų grupė" arba santrumpa "EEIG", jeigu šių žodžių ar jų santrumpos nėra pačiame grupės pavadinime;

b) 6 straipsnyje nurodyto registro, kuriame grupė yra įregistruota, vieta ir grupės registracijos tame registre numeris;

c) oficialus grupės adresas;

d) kai taikoma — sąlyga, kad vadovai privalo veikti kartu;

e) kai taikoma — kad grupė likviduojama pagal 15, 31, 32 arba 36 straipsnį.

Dokumentuose, nurodytuose šio straipsnio pirmojoje dalyje, kiekvienas grupės padalinys, įregistruotas pagal 10 straipsnį, turi pateikti pirmiau nurodytus duomenis bei duomenis, susijusius su jo paties registravimu.

the name of the grouping preceded or followed either by the words ‘European Economic Interest Grouping’ or by the initials ‘EEIG’, unless those words or initials already occur in the name;
Article 25 (b)

the location of the registry referred to in Article 6, in which the grouping is registered, together with the number of the grouping's entry at the registry;
Article 25 (c)

the grouping's official address;
Article 25 (d)

where applicable, that the managers must act jointly;
Article 25 (e)

where applicable, that the grouping is in liquidation, pursuant to Articles 15, 31, 32 or 36.

Every establishment of a grouping, when registered in accordance with Article 10, must give the above particulars, together with those relating to its own registration, on the documents referred to in the first paragraph of this Article uttered by it.
