Na listoch, objednávkach a podobných dokumentoch musí byť čitateľne uvedený:

a) názov zoskupenia, pred alebo za ktorým sú uvedené slová "Európske zoskupenie hospodárskych záujmov" alebo začiatočné písmená "EZHZ", ak sa tieto slová alebo začiatočné písmená už nenachádzajú v názve;

b) miesto registra, uvedeného v článku 6, v ktorom je zoskupenie zapísané, spolu s číslom zápisu zoskupenia do registra;

c) sídlo zoskupenia;

d) tam, kde je to uplatniteľné, že konatelia musia konať spoločne;

e) tam, kde je to uplatniteľné, že zoskupenie je podľa článkov 15, 31, 32 alebo 36 v likvidácii.

Každá organizačná zložka zoskupenia, ak je zapísaná v súlade s článkom 10, musí na svojich dokumentoch podľa prvého odseku tohto článku uvádzať horeuvedené údaje spolu s údajmi, ktoré sa týkajú jej vlastného zápisu.

the name of the grouping preceded or followed either by the words ‘European Economic Interest Grouping’ or by the initials ‘EEIG’, unless those words or initials already occur in the name;
Article 25 (b)

the location of the registry referred to in Article 6, in which the grouping is registered, together with the number of the grouping's entry at the registry;
Article 25 (c)

the grouping's official address;
Article 25 (d)

where applicable, that the managers must act jointly;
Article 25 (e)

where applicable, that the grouping is in liquidation, pursuant to Articles 15, 31, 32 or 36.

Every establishment of a grouping, when registered in accordance with Article 10, must give the above particulars, together with those relating to its own registration, on the documents referred to in the first paragraph of this Article uttered by it.
