Pisma, formularze zamówień i podobne dokumenty muszą czytelnie wskazywać:

a) nazwę ugrupowania, którą poprzedza albo po której następują wyrazy "europejskie ugrupowanie interesów gospodarczych" lub inicjały "EUIG", o ile wyrazy te lub inicjały nie występują już w nazwie;

b) miejsce rejestru określonego w art. 6, do którego wpisane jest ugrupowanie, wraz z numerem wpisu ugrupowania do rejestru;

c) siedzibę ugrupowania;

d) tam gdzie to ma zastosowanie, że zarządzający muszą działać wspólnie;

e) tam gdzie ma to zastosowanie, że ugrupowanie jest w stanie likwidacji, na podstawie art. 15, 31, 32 lub 36.

Każde przedsiębiorstwo ugrupowania, jeżeli jest zarejestrowane zgodnie z art. 10, musi wskazać w dokumentach, określonych w akapicie pierwszym niniejszego artykułu, powyższe dane, wraz z danymi odnoszącymi się do jego własnej rejestracji.

the name of the grouping preceded or followed either by the words ‘European Economic Interest Grouping’ or by the initials ‘EEIG’, unless those words or initials already occur in the name;
Article 25 (b)

the location of the registry referred to in Article 6, in which the grouping is registered, together with the number of the grouping's entry at the registry;
Article 25 (c)

the grouping's official address;
Article 25 (d)

where applicable, that the managers must act jointly;
Article 25 (e)

where applicable, that the grouping is in liquidation, pursuant to Articles 15, 31, 32 or 36.

Every establishment of a grouping, when registered in accordance with Article 10, must give the above particulars, together with those relating to its own registration, on the documents referred to in the first paragraph of this Article uttered by it.
