Artikkel 25

Kirjad, tellimiskviitungid ja samalaadsed dokumendid peavad sisaldama loetaval kujul järgmisi andmeid:

a) huvigrupi nimi, mille ees või järel on sõnad "Euroopa majandushuvigrupp" või lühend "EMHG", välja arvatud juhul, kui nimetatud sõnad või lühend nimes juba esinevad;

b) artiklis 6 märgitud registri asukoht, millesse huvigrupp on kantud koos huvigrupi registrinumbriga;

c) huvigrupi asukoht;

d) kui see on asjakohane, siis märge selle kohta, et tegevjuhid peavad tegutsema ühiselt;

e) kui see on asjakohane, siis märge selle kohta, et huvigrupp on likvideerimisel vastavalt artiklitele 15, 31, 32 või 36.

Iga artikli 10 kohaselt registrisse kantud huvigrupi asutise poolt välja antud käesoleva artikli esimeses lõigus märgitud dokumentides peavad olema eespool loetletud ning tema enda registrisse kandmisega seotud andmed.

the name of the grouping preceded or followed either by the words ‘European Economic Interest Grouping’ or by the initials ‘EEIG’, unless those words or initials already occur in the name;
Article 25 (b)

the location of the registry referred to in Article 6, in which the grouping is registered, together with the number of the grouping's entry at the registry;
Article 25 (c)

the grouping's official address;
Article 25 (d)

where applicable, that the managers must act jointly;
Article 25 (e)

where applicable, that the grouping is in liquidation, pursuant to Articles 15, 31, 32 or 36.

Every establishment of a grouping, when registered in accordance with Article 10, must give the above particulars, together with those relating to its own registration, on the documents referred to in the first paragraph of this Article uttered by it.
